Fan casing

Sincethe power plant flue gas contains a lot of smoke and dust, the casing of thefan is seriously eroded. Our company uses silicon carbide wear-resistantceramics to protect the severe parts of the casing erosion, which can ensurethat the fan does not produce wear and leakage and improve the service life ofthe casing.

Fan impeller

Hightoughness, high temperature and wear resistant ceramics (zirconia toughenedalumina ceramics) are embedded in the blade head, blade surface, and easilyworn parts of the rear disc. The ceramics and blades are inlaid with a dovetailgroove structure. Due to the small area of the monolithic ceramic technology,even if the monolithic ceramic breaks into the fan, the monolithic ceramic willnot affect the dynamic balance of the fan, and the wear-resistant ceramic canbe replaced.
