Thedouble adjustable pulverized coal distributor can adjust the angle of thedeflector to make the pulverized coal and air evenly distributed at the outletof the distributor. The deviation of the pulverized coal and air is within 5%,and the resistance is not greater than 500pa. The distributor can be arrangedvertically or horizontally, suitable for the full entrance angle of thepulverized coal pipeline, with flexible control, continuous and stableadjustment, and high precision. The distributor is lined with silicon carbideceramics, and the adjustment baffle is fired integrally with silicon carbide ceramics,which can run stably within 100,000 hours without wear and leakage.

Thefixed pulverized coal distributor adopts silicon carbide ceramic as theanti-wear lining, and the silicon carbide ceramic is sintered into acylindrical section bushing inside the distributor. The coal powder isdistributed through the distribution body installed at the entrance. The distributionbody divides the inlet cross section at equal intervals, and distributes theair and coal powder to the two outlets evenly through the left and rightalternating channels. The U-shaped dovetail alumina ceramic is installed on theparts of the distributor body that are heavily impacted and worn to ensure thatthe distributor body is not worn out and loses its distribution function.
